2. Custom Orders & Personalization

• Customer Approvals: Please review all design selections, spelling, sizing, and colors carefully prior to checkout.
• Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and design mockups as accurately as possible. However, actual printed colors may vary slightly depending on monitor calibrations, apparel fabric blends, and print/sublimation processes.
• Customer Submissions: If you submit or request custom artwork, you certify that you own or have obtained the necessary commercial rights/licenses to reproduce the graphic. Dirty Pretty assumes no liability for copyright infringement on customer-provided designs.

3. Production & Shipping

• Processing Times: Custom-made items require dedicated production time before dispatch. Estimated production and delivery windows are provided at checkout and may fluctuate during peak periods.
• Delivery: Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, transit times and potential carrier delays are outside our direct control. Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing purchase.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order and customized items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered or buyer’s remorse.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly issue a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, website designs, branding elements, graphics, and text on dirtypretty.net are the property of Dirty Pretty and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
